I am overjoyed to tell you that I somehow managed to win both categories I participated in at this year’s Renderosity’s Holiday Contest.
When I learned I made second place in the Writers Holiday Contest, I switched rooms to tell it my awesome girlfriend. Coming back to my PC after cuddles and kisses, I had to go back to her to hug and cuddle again — overjoyed, as I was told by Farra and Grabio that I made first place in 3D Holiday Contest.
Thank you all — whoever and wherever you are — who voted for me! Feel yourselves cuddled by a grateful AbyssalEros!
I am especially delighted that I apparently taught myself enough about digital artwork in the last two years to create an image that so many of you liked that it won a contest with so many great artists competing.
To be honest, I was really proud of my Santa, but I had not dared to imagine that he could out beat all the other gorgeous artworks.
